Aim of the Course

The aim of the course is designed to provide the student with understanding of the fundamentals of nutrition and how these fundamentals relate to the promotion and maintenance of optimal health. It emphasizes the practical application of the current principles of nutrition and diet therapy in the prevention and management of different disease states.
