Aim of the Course
After completing this course, the student should be able to understand the relationships between physicochemical properties and activity of different drug classes, study the concepts of drug bioisosterism, prodrugs, soft drugs, their biological activities, metabolism and the techniques of computer aided drug design and mechanism-based drug design.
