A) Objective:

Diabetes is becoming a disease of exceeding prevalence And by participating in this competition you have the chance to present your innovative ideas to help in the field of diabetes by Coming up with innovative idea of a preventive approaches. The presented ideas should be closely related and customized to Egypt. Ideas must be feasible and applicable!

2. Digital healthcare solutions:

By participating in this competition; we’re welcoming your creative ideas of digital solutions for healthcare problems.

Creativity is of no limits; your idea could be a device, mobile app, service or any other digital idea that would help solve any healthcare problems you choose to work on.

Ideas must be feasible and applicable!

B) Competitions guidelines:

Each team may consist of 3 to 4 members.
The idea or project must be feasible and practical to implement.
The presentation must include a clear and concise explanation of the idea or project.
the expected impact, and the implementation plan.
The idea must be applicable (realistic).
Ideas should be creative and innovative.

C) Proposal (presentation) Outline:

Introduction (30 seconds):

Welcome and state the purpose of the competition.

Problem Identification (1 minute):

Briefly describe the current challenges faced in the chosen domain.

Solution Concept (2 minutes):

Use visuals or diagrams to illustrate the concept clearly.

Benefits and Impact (1 minute):

Discuss the potential positive outcomes for the industry, healthcare professionals, and patients.
Provide evidence or data to support claims, if available.

Conclusion and Call to Action (30 seconds):

Summarize the key points of the presentation.
Invite questions and further discussion.

D) Presentation Tips:

Engage the audience with a clear and confident voice.
Use visual aids to enhance understanding and retention.
Practice timing to ensure all sections fit within the 5-minute timeframe.

E) Judging Criteria:

Innovation and originality of the AI solution.
Relevance and applicability to the chosen domain.
Clarity and effectiveness of the presentation.
Potential impact on the pharmacy industry & healthcare.

F) Awards:

Winners will receive a certificate or cash prize or internship opportunities, and the chance to present their idea to industry professionals in the FOPCU employment fair.
