Categories who required by the Supreme Council of Universities can obtain the
(FDTC)
Faculty staff members who apply for promotion to assistant professor or professor degrees, and it is required to obtain a minimum of one exam and a maximum of two exams of the elective courses of the digital transformation certificate. Each of them should be counted as one of the required promotion courses
Diploma, Master and PhD students (grant students) are required to pass 7 exams, 5 of the mandatory modules and 2 of the elective modules
Instructions for Registration
Click on the (FDTC) link at the bottom of faculty website main page or scan the the QR Code of (FDTC)
Choose any of the following services:
Registre in (training + tests)
Registre in (one or more tests)
Registre in (retest or more)
Registre Fawry data after payment
Registring data is the responsibility of the examiner and not the responsibility of the center
When writing the name in English, it should be taken into account that the first letter of each name is Capital
The data must be Registred accurately and registration instructions must be followed
The trainee's e-mail must be registered and not someone else's
The data cannot be changed after it has been sent to the Supreme Council of Universities
After registration, it is not possible to apologize or postpone the examination date (in case of absence, the fees will be paid again)
The examinee must not be registered in any other center
Lectures
The first type (lectures inside the faculty's center)
The date of the lecture is from 9 o'clock in the morning until 3 o'clock in the evening and for a period of 14 days
Study will be on Microsoft Office 2016
The second type (virtual classes)
The date of the lecture is from 6 o'clock in the evening until 11 o'clock in the evening and for a period of 14 days
The lectures are held on the Google Meet
Close the MIC completely, and only open it while talking
Commitment to raise the hand before speaking
Attending from a computer or laptop, as the mobile phone does not achieve the minimum required benefit
The lectures are not recorded, as the lectures are interactive and require participation and practical application
Study will be on Microsoft Office 2016
Exams
The exams are held after the end of the course on the date decided by the center in coordination with the Supreme Council of Universities
The tests are held in the C/008 test lab and there are no online tests
You will be notified later of the exam dates
Exam timings are from 10 am to 2 pm
A pass of at least 70% for each subject
You must come half an hour before the exam
It is forbidden to enter the test after a quarter of an hour
It is forbidden to enter the test by mobile phone
Attending the test with an ID card or passport, which must be presented
The Certificate
The center does not issue statements unless completing all exams, according to the instructions of the Supreme Council of Universities
The certificate is issued by the Supreme Council of Universities, and the center has nothing to do with our faculy in issuing certificates
The Additional Certificate
To make an additional certificate, go to the Supreme Council of Universities, the student himself or his representative from the first degree of kinship
Requests for additional certificates are received from 9:30 in the morning until 12:00 in the afternoon
Receiving the certificate in 2 periods (11 am and 1 pm)
The value of one copy of the additional certificate is 100 L.E.
Exams retake
The examinee shall bear the cost of examination retake fee(s) in the following cases:
Attendance more than a quarter of an hour after the Exams date
Not attending exams
Fail in the Exams
Exam Costs
One exam (without training) 60 L.E
One exam (including training) 120 L.E
Students who registered for the first time (exam without training): exam retake fees 120 L.E. for each exam
Students who registered for the first time (comprehensive training exam): exam retake fees 60 L.E. for each exam
Exam retake fee is 120 L.E. (after 2 or more failures)
