Mission:

• Providing quality care for all animals used at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Cairo University
• Ensuring ethical conduct of quality research with respect to animal handling and manipulation
• Laboratory animals resourcing for all related activities inside the Faculty
• Implementing Cairo University strategy for ethical and humane treatment of laboratory animals

Vision:

• Creating a leading preclinical and animal model research centre that can provide outstanding animal care services and support biomedical research in Egypt
